Before we sold our home and everything we owned to travel full time, we lived in the amazing town of Nashville, TN for twelve years.

We’re very familiar with the 12th South neighborhood, it was and still is home to one of our favorite bars and restaurants in Nashville, MAFIAoZA’s. We spent many nights and weekends there hanging out with friends. 


There’s also lots of small boutique shopping in this area with multiple bars, restaurants and coffee shops.

TIP: 12th South Neighborhood is almost always busy with very little parking. Consider taking a rideshare to this area so you don’t have to deal with parking.
