We were itching to leave the U.S. after traveling domestically the last 2.5 years so we decided Bulgaria would be our jumping off point for our first adventure back in Europe.
Known for its 500 years of history, shopping, a plethora of dining options, and cultural experiences are what make the San Juan port such a popular spot. Best of all, everything is available just a couple of blocks away.
We really didn’t know much about Bulgarian wine before we visited Bulgaria. Prior to the 2.5 months we spent in Bulgaria we only had tried two bottles of Bulgarian wine.
Life in Bulgaria was very good to us. We made the decision to come to Bulgaria so we could attend Bansko Nomad Fest in Bansko, meet like minded people, and get lots of work done.
El Yunque Rainforest has a lot to offer as far as hiking. We decided to start with a hike to Mt. Britton Tower since it’s one of the longer trails and has beautiful views.
After arriving in Puerto Rico only just a few days prior, we began to settle into our daily routine in Fajardo and began to venture out and explore the area.
Our Journey from Florida to Puerto Rico and our stay in Fajardo had finally arrived! We left Florida and made the easy 2 ½ hour flight from Tampa into the San Juan Airport (SJU).
