Our life in Bansko as digital nomads was pretty laid back and easy. Nestled at the base of the Pirin Mountains, the beauty of the mountains dominates your view from every part of town.
We were itching to leave the U.S. after traveling domestically the last 2.5 years so we decided Bulgaria would be our jumping off point for our first adventure back in Europe.
We really didn’t know much about Bulgarian wine before we visited Bulgaria. Prior to the 2.5 months we spent in Bulgaria we only had tried two bottles of Bulgarian wine.
Life in Bulgaria was very good to us. We made the decision to come to Bulgaria so we could attend Bansko Nomad Fest in Bansko, meet like minded people, and get lots of work done.
El Yunque Rainforest has a lot to offer as far as hiking. We decided to start with a hike to Mt. Britton Tower since it’s one of the longer trails and has beautiful views.
After arriving in Puerto Rico only just a few days prior, we began to settle into our daily routine in Fajardo and began to venture out and explore the area.
Our Journey from Florida to Puerto Rico and our stay in Fajardo had finally arrived! We left Florida and made the easy 2 ½ hour flight from Tampa into the San Juan Airport (SJU).
After one failed attempt to get to Puerto Rico the time had come back around. We had been planning this trip for months but travel restrictions and local lockdowns in Puerto Rico kept us from visiting the island.
The St. Pete Pier is a fairly new attraction in St. Petersburg that opened in July of 2020. It boasts 26 acres of waterfront pier with multiple restaurants, 2 museums, parks, a splash pad, and beach.
