The second week of our stay in San Diego turned out much better than the first. We were on the mend from our colds and ready to explore another Winery!
Happy November everyone! Well if you have been following our social media like Instagram, Facebook or twitter, you probably already know we did not make it to Europe like we had planned.
We had been looking forward to this trip to San Diego since we were asked to do some pet sitting about a month prior. Having just spent three weeks in Wisconsin visiting family and working as we do, on our YouTube channel this website and our respective other professional endeavors. We were excited to enjoy us some California sunsets.
Our first stop in Puerto Rico was Fajardo on the east side of the island. We had an awesome view and would watch all of the boats head in and out on their daily excursions. We could only handle so much of watching everyone else sail out to have fun. So it was settled, we were definitely booking some kind of sail/snorkel tour!
This time we would pass South of Mount Shasta and connect with 1-5 before an interesting stopover in Wolf Creek, Oregon where we stayed in a haunted hotel also famous for being a favorite of Clark Gable and even Jack London. Finally the last day of travel takes us through wine country before arriving at our new travel base in Washington State.
We thought we should take a moment and give a real time update on where we are traveling now, where we have traveled to recently and what our travel plans are for the near future.
After several years in the works the new Resorts World Las Vegas property is finally open. We stopped by to check it out and see if what others had reported is true... does it look too much like a mall?
Our most recent trip to Las Vegas we stayed in two different Hilton Grand Vacation hotels on the strip. Both the Elara By Hilton Grand Vacations - Center Strip and Hilton Grand Vacations on the Las Vegas Strip.
After spending a few days exploring the Mammoth Lakes area we arrived in South Lake Tahoe and more specifically, to the Basecamp Hotel in the afternoon. Our road trip was in the fall and as such we were still in the shoulder season just weeks away from the official ski season to start.
I have to confess that I have been to Convict Lake before, actually it was about a year and a half prior to this trip. I had produced a music video for country music artist Chase Rice and Convict lake played a role in the Road Trip, fishing, skiing, camping adventure themed video.
even Seas Beach is one of the most popular beaches in Fajardo, Puerto Rico with beautiful turquoise water and calm seas for swimming and snorkeling. Known locally as Balneario Seven Seas it is part of the Parques Nacionals.
